Our chairman, Michael Smith, recently had an update meeting with contractors and others at our venue. We are now able to inform you of progress at our facility and when we expect to fully re-open the circuit to all members and guests.
The track is progressing well, and the ongoing work should see the main circuit itself complete by the middle of next week. Unfortunately delays due to weather, stolen equipment and further enhancements has meant that we are slightly behind schedule on other parts of the works.
We now plan to have the circuit fully ready for testing on the 9th March, this will be our first test/practice weekend prior to the first round of the WSKC Club Championship race weekend of the 16th/17th.
We hope the facility improvements will far outweigh any disappointment of this delay to re-opening.
